Food & Exercise Journal - Day Two: 364 Days Remaining

Well, the sun has finally decided to peak out from amongst the clouds, now that it is going down that is. I was going to go for a walk today, but the pouring rain kinda washed that idea away. But, have no fear. Every Monday, I do yoga at 10 AM so I did get some exercise in. I also decided to tan a little bit as well :) Anyway, without further ado, here is my food journal and exercise journal.

Food Journal
Breakfast:
Nada

Lunch
Smart Ones Three Cheese Macaroni
Skinny Cow Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream
Lays Baked BBQ Potato Chips
Large Diet Coke 

Dinner
Penne Pasta with Low Fat Lean Turkey Meat, Two Tablespoons of Prego Sauce, and One Tablespoon of Parmesan Cheese. 
Nestle Pure Water 

Exercise Journal

10:00 AM - 10:45 AM 
Hatha Yoga

For any of you who are curious about Yoga, I will be adding a picture of different yoga poses with every post. And from this point on, I will also be including a Daily Water Count at the end of the day. So that post will be up in a couple of hours. I will also be including a sleep journal, and am aiming to get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep per night. I will post again with my Daily Water Count in a few hours!
