Food & Exercise Journal - Day Five: 361 Days Left

Well, today was a very...off day for me. But, despite it all, I got up and I walked. I've also been drinking more and more water, trying to ween myself off of the soda for good. Tomorrow is going to be a very big day for me. I have committed myself to walking around all of Lake Hefner. To those of you who do not know, whether you don't live in Oklahoma, or you just don't know about Lake Hefner, the trails around Lake Hefner are made especially for walking and bike riding. The length of these trails is 9.1 miles. And, dosh garnett I am going to walk that no matter how long it takes! Especially since it's supposed to be nice and sunny tomorrow :) But anyway, without further ado, here is my Food, Exercise, and Sleep Journal and my Daily Water Count.

Food Journal

Breakfast
1 cup of milk w/ 2 tbsp of Ovaltine
1 tbsp Jif low sodium creamy peanut butter

Lunch
1 Sierra Turkey Sandwich from Panera Bread
1 Bag of Kettle Cooked Chips from Panera Bread
1 Small Chocolate Frozen Yogurt from Braums
1 Large Diet Coke

Dinner
1/2 cup Asian Stir Fry, home made, with beef, bell peppers, and onions

Exercise Journal

9:23 AM - 10:27 AM
2.81 Mile Walk, uphill & downhill

Daily Water Count
4 bottles x 20 fl. oz./bottle = 80 fl. oz.

Sleep Journal
11:30 PM - 7:30 AM = 8 hours

All right, my little readers. I must be heading off. Only 2 more days until my next weigh in at Weight Watchers. Oh, I hope I lost! Anyway, I shall bid thee fare the well till the morrow!
