Well, today was a very trying day. Due to spending two and a half hours outside yesterday, wearing shorts and a tshirt no less, I got a pretty bad sunburn on both arms and legs. I was tempted to use this as an excuse not to get up and walk today, but I beat that temptation and walked anyway :) Here's my Food, Exercise, and Sleep Journal, as well as my Daily Water Count.

7:00 AM - 8:30 AM = 1.5 hours
7 hours + 1.5 hours = 8.5 hours of sleep
All right, well that's all there is folks. There won't be more until tomorrow night. 3 more days until my next weigh in at Weight Watchers. Fingers crossed! 'Till tomorrow!
