Speaking of awesome, I've subscribed to these really cool guys on YouTube known as TheSlowMoGuys. They're pretty fantastic. I'll link a video at the bottom of this post just so you all can see how cool these guys really are. And by the way, Gavin Free is one of TheSlowMoGuys, and he is the one who did all of the slow motion for the film "Sherlock Holmes 2". Pretty cool right? Anyway, I'm off topic. Here are my journals for the day :)

1 cup of chocolate ice cream

Crispy Orange Chicken

1 mile walk (have no fear, Michael, no perspiration. This total was accumulated throughout the day).
Daily Water Count
8 bottles x 20 fl.oz./bottle = 160 fl.oz.
Sleep Journal
12:30 AM - 9:00 AM = 8.5 hours
