Food & Exercise Journal - Day Three: 363 Days Remaining

Well today was a pretty good day, except for the sunburn and mosquito bites I received from being outside for two and a half hours. But oh well. Anyway, without further ado, here is my Food & Exercise Journal for today, as well as my Sleep Journal and Daily Water count.

Food Journal:

Breakfast
1 Frozen Mocha from Panera Bread

Lunch/Dinner
1 Cup Steamed Rice
1 Cup Orange Chicken
1/2 Cup Honey Walnut Shrimp
1 Medium Diet Pepsi

Exercise Journal

11:30 AM - 2:00 PM
6.38 Mile Walk through Surrey Hills Golf Course

Daily Water Count

4 bottles x 20 fl. oz/bottle = 80 fl. oz

Sleep Journal

12:30 AM - 9:30 AM = 9 hours of sleep     

And there you have it, folks. Only 4 more days until my next weigh in at Weight Watchers. Do you think I'll lose? I most certainly hope so. Anyway, till tomorrow evening.
