Food & Exercise Journal - Day Sixteen: 350 Days Left

And with this entry, I am finally caught up. I was going to post this last night, but seeing as my family is here visiting for the week, and we went out to dinner last night, I didn't have time. By the time I finally fell asleep, I was exhausted. Then, I woke up at 4:30 AM because my knee was hurting me so badly. And seeing the weather today (Tuesday) I now know why. I apologize, by the way, for my past few posts being just the journals. I just wanted to get them up and done so I could catch up. And even now, I'm so sleepy because of the rainy weather. All I want to do is just curl up in a nice, warm place and take a wonderfully long nap. Anywho, here are my journals for yesterday (Monday).

Food Journal

Sleep Journal

12:30 AM - 4:30 AM = 4 hours
6:00 AM - 8:30 AM = 2.5 hours

4 hours + 2.5 hours = 6.5 hours   

Oh, yes! I forgot I was going to talk about the latest episode of Once Upon a Time. How amazing was that ending?? I did NOT see that coming! I will not give away the ending, for the sake of any readers I may have that have yet to see the latest episode. Just be ready for a complete and total surprise at the end of the episode. And I shall say no more than that. I WILL post my journals for today TODAY. I promise!
