Hey, guys! I'm so sorry about my slacking with the posts. The past few days have been crazy. Plus, I have family coming into town for the week, so my schedule will be even more insane. So here's my food & exercise journal from Saturday.

10 bottles x 20 fl.oz./bottle = 200 fl.oz.
Sleep Journal
11:30 PM - 6:00 PM = 6.5 hours
Weigh In: +.8 lbs. Not the result I wanted, but the one I expected, seeing as I was not able to exercise all week. Oh well. It's a brand new week and I am determined to lose!
