Food & Exercise Journal - Day Seventeen: 349 Days Left

Okay, so I would like to open this post by saying congratulations to all of the amazing new officers of Iota for next year! You all will do and be amazing and I love you girls!
Anywho, I am just now getting home from spending time with some of my most favourite people in the world. I absolutely adore my theatre friends. Some of the conversations we have, I honestly believe that there should be a reality tv show about us when we hang out together. We'd get better ratings than Jersey Shore or The Real Housewives of New York, or whatever other "reality" tv shows are out there. Just saying.
So, I really need to get ready for bed, so I'm just going to hop to it and post my journals and then call it a night!

Food Journal

Breakfast
Grande Non Fat Hot Chocolate

Lunch
1 cup pasta, no sauce
2 breadsticks
1 glass of water

Dinner
1 Cheeseburger w/ 2 slices of bacon
1 tsp. BBQ Sauce
3 Onion Rings
1 Glass water
1 slice of Lemon Pie (from Chick-Fil-A)

Exercise

Nada! (it was raining really hard, so I didn't get a chance to walk today)

Daily Water Count  

7 bottles x 20 fl.oz./bottle = 140 fl.oz.

Sleep Journal

12:00 AM - 8:00 AM = 8 hours
